PROFESSIONAL BANKING EXPERIENCE

Mr. Williams spent nearly twenty-three years as a banker in Houston, Texas with progressive lending (Commercial and Mortgage Loans) and management experience. Mr. Williams was a senior bank officer in two banks and a savings and loan, and was president and chief executive officer of the last two banks with whom he was employed. Mr. Williams was chairman of the loan committee for two banks and a savings and loan association.

FINANCIAL CONSULTING EXPERIENCE

Mr. Williams has provided financial consulting services for a number of businesses when retained as an outside chief financial officer. He has been retained by borrowers, both individuals and businesses, who have financial problems with the responsibility to negotiate on behalf of the borrowers with the lending institutions. Mr. Williams was an organizing director of a private trust company.

EXPERT WITNESS EXPERIENCE

Mr. Williams has experience as an executive in the banking industry and has served as a banking and financial damage expert witness and consultant in litigation matters throughout the United States for lawsuits involving issues including Lender Liability, Lending – Commercial, Consumer, Construction, Commercial and Residential Mortgages, Letters of Credit, Real Estate and Subprime Mortgages. Other litigation issues include Bank Fraud, Check Fraud, Check Kiting, Deposit Account Fraud, Bank Policies and Procedures – Loan, New Account, and Teller Policies, Bank Secrecy Act/Anti Money Laundering, Credit Damages, Damage to Credit Reputation, and Financial Damages.
