In the past Mr. Williams has served as President, CEO and Director at the West Belt National Bank in Houston, Texas as well as serving as President, CEO and Director at the National Bank of Commerce in Houston, Texas. He also served as an Executive Vice President while at Banc Texas in Houston, Texas; Senior Vice President while at Texas American Bank and United Savings of Texas in Houston, Texas and served as Vice President while at Texas Commerce Bank in Houston, Texas. Overall, Mr. Williams served 10 years as a Bank President and was a banker for 23 years.
